1. Definitions:

• Board: The managing team of Vise Vèrsa.

• Member: Anyone who has registered and paid in full.

• Costume: The official attire provided by Vise Vèrsa.

• Parades: The Grand Parade (Monday) and Farewell Parade (Tuesday)

• Contribution: The annual participation fee.

2. Membership:

• Membership is confirmed upon receiving a confirmation email and making a down payment.

• Special requirements may apply for certain costume categories, including interviews or size restrictions.

3. Termination of Membership:

• Membership can be terminated due to illness, incomplete payment, misbehavior, or failure to follow costume guidelines.

4. Contributions:

• Fees range from Naf. 1350 to Naf. 4000 depending on the section.

• Payments must be completed by January 15, 2025.

• Contributions are non-refundable, except in specific cases like illness or pregnancy.

5. Costume:

• Costumes will be provided before Carnival. Modifications without board approval are prohibited.

6. Penalties:

• If payment is not received by the due date, a 15% late fee will be charged on the outstanding balance monthly.

7. Behavior & Participation:

• All participants must adhere to behavior guidelines during parades. Misconduct will result in immediate removal without a refund.

• Costumes cannot be exchanged, rented, or sold without board approval.
